Pour info, l'association polonaise "Flyer-aviation" organise son 3ème concours de photos aéronautiques. Le premier prix en est un aller-retour au choix sur un vol de la LOT en Europe.

 

Comme c'est un vélivole qui me l'a envoyé, ça doit valoir le coup d'essayer.

The Competition organized by the Flyer-Aviation is for amateurs and professional photographers.

 

The are categories of the contest :

a.People and their flying machines.

b.Seen by the window of plane.

c.Aviation of your dreams.

 

Entries deadline: 20 July 2003,

The verdict of the Jury: 27 July 2003,

The exhibition opening day 2 August 2003

Return of the pictures presented: 30 November 2003

Photos to enter: B/W or color photographs (taken traditionally or digitally) at least 10 x 15 cm format. Diapositives:6x4,5;6x6;6x7;6x8;6x9;24x36 mm

Number of entries ( single photographs or sets): no limit.

Your entries should not be fixed/glued on a plate or in frame.

Each picture should have it’s title and be marked with author’s name.

The main prize founded by LOT Polish Airlines: free return ticket for any flight within Europe on board of LOT airplane.

 

The organizers intention for The Aviation Photo Competition is to show wide range of aviation themes pictures including artistic visions, reports, documents and ad’s.

The Exhibition is organized by Flyer-Aviation with cooperation of Airclub of the Lakes Region in Ketrzyn and Museum in Ketrzyn.

 

The media sponsor : Przegląd Lotniczy / Aviation Revue monthly.

 

The Regulations.

 

1.All, amateurs and professionals are invited to take part in the Contest.

2.The number of single pictures or sets are not limited The photos may be B/W or colour , made traditionally or digitally.

3.The minimum format is 10 x15 cm .

4.Every photo is to be described by:

-emblem

-the titles of the works presented and for multi picture sets the sequence in which the set is going to be presented as well as direction up if necessary.

5.Please list the pictures you intend to show; the entry form should be sent with the pictures.Name and last name of its author as well as the address shuold be sent in a sealed envelope with emblem the same as on works.

6.The works are not to be in frames,and glued or fixed to an additional surface.

7.The evaluation of the pictures will be dome by the Jury appointed by the organizatours.

8.The Jury selects the pictures for the Exhibition , and rewards for the best pictures .

9.The Jury verdict is final.

10.It is on the Jury to award all the prizes or to refuse to offer some.

11.The organizers are authorized for free copying of pictures to use them for add purposes in order to make them better known. The copies may be used for posters, catalogues of this event as well as in media.

12.The pictures will not be sent back.

13.The mailing problems are excluded from organizers responsibility.

14.All photos will be blow up to one size and copies will become the property of the organizers.(only copies not author’s rights)

16.Every person taking part in the contest shall get the information about the Jury verdict with an invitation to enjoy the exhibition.

17.The winners’ works shall be presented at Exhibitions in Ketrzyn and in Warsaw. The initial show will take place during the European Meeting for Aviation Fans in Ketrzyn,

18.Wrap your pictures carefully for safe mailing, enclose entry form and envelope with author’s name and address. Send the parcel to the address given below:

19,The pictures without description shall not be evaluated by the Jury.

20.Signed entry form mens your acceptance of the regulations of the Competition.

21.The final body to interpret the Regulations is the organizing committee.
